Trip Introduction

After several successful trips to the 7th continent with Antarctica21, greatly impressed by their expedition team &
overall operation, and tantalized by their new ship the Magellan Explorer, we jumped at the opportunity to join them
for an incomparable journey to the Falklands & South Georgia—two incredible island groups that are veritable
Shangri-La’s for wildlife in the South Atlantic, only visited by an extremely privileged few on this planet.
And that we get to go on the most impressive expedition ship we know, at an ideal time of year, for less than half of
the price of most trips that include South Georgia... it felt an opportunity not to miss!
